ChiwaCloud collects data strictly necessary for the operation of the services: identity, account information, billing data, technical logs, and content created by users.

Your data is used to provide and secure the services, manage billing, provide support, and improve service quality. It is never sold to third parties.

Your data is hosted in the European Union with encryption, backup, and access control measures adapted to the services concerned.

ChiwaCloud uses cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the services. Audience measurement cookies are only deposited with your explicit consent.

When you choose to link a Google account, ChiwaCloud uses the OAuth protocol to obtain only the permissions you consent to. Depending on the enabled features, accessible data may include your account ID, your email address, basic profile information, and the calendars you select. Your Google account password is never accessible to ChiwaCloud.

With your consent, ChiwaCloud can read the availability required for synchronization, and then create, update, or delete events in Google Calendar that you trigger from the calendar. When a video conference is requested, Google may associate a Google Meet link with that event. This data is used exclusively to provide the requested synchronization and calendar features; it is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train any artificial intelligence model.

If you enable task synchronization, ChiwaCloud can view the task lists you select and create, update, or complete items in Google Tasks that you trigger from your space. This data is used solely to synchronize the requested tasks between ChiwaCloud and Google Tasks.

Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, their access is limited to authorized services, and they are kept only as long as the Google link remains active or their storage is necessary for the requested service. Data is transmitted only to Google to execute authorized operations and, if applicable, to necessary subcontractors subject to confidentiality and security obligations. No tokens are communicated to any other user or advertiser.

You can disconnect Google from the service settings or revoke access from your Google account. Revocation stops new synchronizations and results in the deletion of active tokens according to the necessary technical lead times. You can request the deletion of associated data by writing to support@chiwacloud.com. Events and tasks already saved in your Google account remain under your control and can be deleted from Google Calendar or Google Tasks.
