For a service contract concluded remotely with a consumer, a period of fourteen days applies from the conclusion of the contract, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

The loss of the right of withdrawal can only occur under the conditions provided by law, in particular after express consent to start and acknowledgment of its consequences.

The request must be submitted via the Contact page with the order email address, the order reference, the service concerned, and the requested decision. No card numbers or secrets should be communicated.

When a refund is due, it is issued using the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe, unless express agreement is made for another method at no additional cost.
