The characteristics, prices, frequencies, limits, and options are presented before order validation. VAT is not applicable and no intracommunity VAT number is assigned.

Payment is due according to the chosen frequency. Renewal can be stopped from the customer area according to the terms displayed during subscription.

Service preparation begins after order validation and receipt of the information necessary for its execution.

The consumer benefits from the legal withdrawal period when applicable. The immediate start of a digital service requires the consents provided for by law.
