For a service contract concluded remotely with a consumer, a period of fourteen days applies from the conclusion of the contract, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.

Loss of the right of withdrawal can only occur under the conditions provided for by law, in particular after express consent to start and acknowledgment of its consequences.

The request must be submitted via the Contact page with the order address, the order reference, the service concerned and the requested decision. No card number or secret must be shared.

When a refund is due, it is processed via the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe, unless express agreement is reached for another cost-free method.
